We collect only the data needed to respond to contact requests, record consent, protect the site, and administer authorized communications: name, company, corporate email, phone, area of interest, message, language, consent, IP address, and user agent when available server-side.
Data is used for commercial and technical response, analysis of the context provided by the client, consent audit, security, abuse prevention, and authorized communications. We do not sell personal data.
Newsletter subscriptions require explicit consent and can be cancelled through a secure unsubscribe link. Access, correction, deletion, or anonymization requests can be sent through the company contact channel.
Retention: contact records are kept as needed for commercial relationship, legal obligations, security, and audit, with periodic review. Records may be archived, deleted, or anonymized when applicable.
Sharing: data may be processed by essential technical providers, such as hosting, database, transactional email, and anti-spam services, limited to operational purposes.
Security: we use admin access controls, HTTP-only session cookies, CSRF protection, password hashing, and audit logs to reduce risks of unauthorized access.
